Can you match a build I've seen priced overseas?
Australian parts pricing is usually higher than US pricing before you even add shipping and duty, so a direct match often isn't realistic. What we can do is show you exactly what's driving the cost here and where there's genuine room to trim it.
My PC used to run fine — why is it stuttering now?
Usually dust and thermal paste, a background process eating the CPU, or a storage drive that's nearly full. Sometimes it's a graphics driver conflict after a Windows update. We test for all of these rather than guessing at one.
Do you build for VR?
Yes — tell us the headset and we'll size the GPU and check your USB and Bluetooth setup can actually handle it, which is where most VR problems start.
Will you overclock it?
A safe, stable memory profile (XMP/EXPO) is enabled on every build. Manual CPU or GPU overclocking is available on request and always shown to you as a stability trade-off, not switched on by default.
